Term’s & Condition

Participation:

The Tournament is open to all amateur, male and female players.
The field must be of a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 72 players.

Categories:

Male; hcp 0 to 15,99
Male; hcp 16 to 26
Female; hcp 0 to 36

Maximum playing handicap Male 26, female 36 (players with higher handicaps are allowed to
enter the competition.
Seniors – All male players who must be at least 55 years of age on the 1st of January 2026.

Prizes and Ties: Overall (prizes non-accumulative)

1st, 2nd & 3rd Gross – Male
1st, 2nd & 3rd Gross Female

1st, 2nd & 3rd Nett Male
1st, 2nd & 3rd Nett Seniors – Male
1st, 2nd & 3rd Nett Female

For each category there must be a minimum of 4 players.
In the case of a tie, the result will be determined on a countback over the last 18, 9, 6, 3, best last hole and finally by the toss of a coin.

Entries, payments and cancellations:

All entries, payments and cancellations are to be made by email through Premium Golf Travel at sales@premiumgolftravel.com

Format:

The format will be Individual Stableford, gross and nett
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to request an official and valid handicap certificate.

Tees:

Yellow for men
Red for ladies
Blue for seniors

Tee times:

The first starting time will be as of 09:00 and then will proceed at 10-minute intervals.

The Draw:

The draw will be carried out by the Tournament Committee and will be published on the day before play.

For the first day the draw will be made by order of the course playing handicap with those with the lowest handicaps starting first.
For the second and following days the draw will be made by order of the Gross result from the previous day with those with the lowest result playing first.

Check-In:

Check-In will be from 08:00 onwards at the Tournament Golf Desk located at each of the golf courses.
It is the players responsibility to make themselves aware of their starting time and the allocated golf course for that playing day.
Players must be on the Tee and ready to play 10 minutes before their starting time.

Score Cards:

Scorecards should be exchanged on the Tee before the start of play.
Please ensure that when the cards are handed in, the results are checked, signed and legible.

Electronic devices:

The use of electronic measuring devices is permitted

Buggies:

Unless otherwise informed, buggies (for 1 or 2 persons with a maximum of 2 buggies per group) may be used on all courses
Buggies must be pre-booked with the fee to be paid directly to the golf club

Suspension of Play:

Immediate suspension of play: to be signalled by one prolonged note of the siren. Players may neither start a hole nor continue play and the position of those balls in play must be marked.
Suspension of play: to be signalled by three notes of the siren, repeated. Players have the option to either stop play after first marking their ball or finish the hole they are playing.
Resumption of play: to be signalled by two short notes of the siren, repeated.

Pace of Play:

All players must play without undue delay. It is the duty of each player or group of players to maintain an appropriate pace and avoid delays. If a group realises that they are playing more slowly than the group behind them, and if there is a free hole in front of them, they should invite the group behind to play through.
All players must respect the instructions of the Tournament Officials or representatives of the course being played.
When the group finishes a hole more than five minutes past the designated time and is more than two (theoretical) shots behind the group in front, the group receives a verbal warning. A second breach will be penalised with the general penalty (2 strokes for each player in the group), applied on the hole where it occurs. A third breach will result in disqualification for all players in the group.

Results and closing of the tournament:

The daily tournaments will be considered closed 60 minutes after the Official publication of the results.

The Tournament Committee and duties:

1 rules official, 1 representative of the PGA and 1 representative of each of the course where play is being held.
Cases not covered by this Regulation will be decided by the Tournament Committee, inaccordance with the rules of the R&A Rules Limited.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right, at any time, to complete or amend the present Regulation, suspend, or cancel the competition.
The decision of the Tournament Committee will be final and binding.

Rules:

The Rules of Golf approved by the R&A Rules Limited, each courses local rules and any temporary local rules that may be established by the Tournament Committee.
The Code of Conduct as defined in Rule 1.2a.
